I never much cared for the strong smell, but it did provide warmth on sore muscles. My mother was a firm believer in its properties. She died in 1998, and there is still a bottle of Omega Oil in my medicine cabinet. I don't use it, but every time I open the cabinet I'm reminded of her and I smile.
